Olivatis® 12C is an outstanding non-ionic, Peg-free, Palm-free, W/O emulsifier, suitable for heat and cold processing that stands out for its excellent emulsifying power, high water-resistance and charming skin feel at the same time.
W/O emulsions made with Olivatis® 12C have unparalleled characteristics: lightness, freshness, good spreadability and absence of stickiness which, in past, could only be achieved by oil-in-water systems.
Olivatis® 12C is a very effective emulsifier compatible with any kind of esters, triglycerides and also mineral oils. Olivatis® 12C is compatible also with silicon oils, provided they do not exceed 50% of the total quantity of oils to be emulsified. In make-up products, Olivatis® 12C acts as a dispersant of powders such as talc, kaolin, iron oxides and lakes and improve brilliance of colors in lip glosses and color cosmetics, as well. Thanks to its excellent moisturizing and hydrating properties, Olivatis® 12C confers to waterproof make-up a silky and soft touch.
Olivatis® 12C is also the emulsifier of choice in sun products containing even high concentrations of both natural and mineral sunscreens. Besides, Olivatis® 12C creates a water-resistant, but very light, almost unperceivable film and maintains skin hydrated and smooth.
